You play the adorable character of Lolo, who has the save princess Lala. In order to do so, Lolo must go through ever increasing puzzles. No bombs, guns, or explosions in this video game. In a way, it was almost like a PC game from that time. The game was meant to be played with a cerebral fame of mind, instead of the usual button mashing.

The series had a total of three games for the NES. It has left a long legacy. This was one of the first games for Nintendo that made the player sit and figure out his or her strategy long before they made their opening move. It didn't have an elaborate button scheme, but Adventures of Lolo proved that simplicity could truly be ground breaking.
